I was wrong to have written them off. I figured germination was over and they just hadn't made the grade in Darwin's survival of the fittest. Boy was I wrong! These 2 little guys survived against all odds: Houston torrential rain storm and weird hot/freezing cold weather + sitting in an inch or more of water. So they must be the fittest and I'm naming them Pedro de Jalapeno and Juan de Pepper. They are sitting on the stove soaking up some fake rays (but I won't tell them, after all they've been through it would just seem cruel). Good luck guys!
