Mr. Becker, my 4th grade teacher

I can remember being in 4th grade thinking that Mr. Becker was pretty awesome because he was in a quartet. He used to love teaching us to sing the different quartet songs that he and his group were practicing. I think he was about 4'9" or 4'10" but we were all just shy of that back then so we had no clue that he was so tiny. Well, I have a number of times in a tourrette-like fashion started singing one of the songs that Mr. Becker taught me. The following in particular is sticking with me since I'm currently learning Spanish.

Leave In Conditioner

I am currently trying this conditioner. So far, I feel like I've used waaaay too much each time. My hair seems to be oily, or greasy. I have tried this product for 2 consecutive days. I do like that I don't have frizz, nor does my hair seem dry at all. I don't know if I prefer my hair to make people feel thirsty, or for my hair to make people feel like I'm a dirty ol' woman.

In the Washing Machine

Aww! Man! I seemed to have lost my sense of humor. I think it was in my jeans pocket last week and got washed in the laundry. LOL! I haven't been posting anything fun in say....4EVER. WTF. . . over?

Well, hopefully I'll find my sense of humor stuck somewhere in the lint tray of the Dryer!

She's Gone Country...Back to Her Roots

I decided to do the funny MySpace snapshot that you see a lot of the gay boys doing. Last Friday, my gf and I went to BRB to take some lessons. One of them was not the 2-step of which I still clearly suck at. HA! It has been years since I line danced. But, I went ahead and did it, though it cracks me up A LOT! I also learned more Cha and some other step I didn't know.

Being at the bar with country music blasting sent me back to my roots. It's been 8 years, and still I know every word to every song. My oh my how country remains the same.
